Can I Return or Exchange?
A happy customer is our goal! That’s why we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — unless it concerns sale items or gift packaging. As mentioned during checkout, sale items and gift packaging cannot be returned.
Return conditions:

The returned item must be unused and unworn.
This means: no marks on the earrings, and no traces of perfume or smoke.
Items damaged due to trying on or wearing cannot be returned. -
The product must be carefully packaged. And the seal CANNOT be opened/broken.
This means: in its original packaging (except for the shipping envelope) and in a sturdy envelope (such as a padded envelope).
Make sure the return is properly stamped; return shipping costs are your own responsibility. -
SALE items and gift packaging are excluded.
Items from the SALE collection and gift packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. -
Include your order number.
Without your order number or name/address, we cannot process your refund. Please make sure it is clearly included.

The risks during transport of your return lie with you. Therefore, we recommend using a Track & Trace service so you can track your parcel.
Without returned items, we logically cannot process a refund.
To avoid unnecessary costs for both you and us: please carefully read the product descriptions regarding size, weight, and materials.
