Can I Return or Exchange?

A happy customer is our goal! That’s why we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it — unless it concerns sale items or gift packaging. As mentioned during checkout, sale items and gift packaging cannot be returned.

Return conditions:

The returned item must be unused and unworn.
This means: no marks on the earrings, and no traces of perfume or smoke.
Items damaged due to trying on or wearing cannot be returned.
The product must be carefully packaged. And the seal CANNOT be opened/broken.
This means: in its original packaging (except for the shipping envelope) and in a sturdy envelope (such as a padded envelope).
Make sure the return is properly stamped; return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
SALE items and gift packaging are excluded.
Items from the SALE collection and gift packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Include your order number.
Without your order number or name/address, we cannot process your refund. Please make sure it is clearly included.

The risks during transport of your return lie with you. Therefore, we recommend using a Track & Trace service so you can track your parcel.
Without returned items, we logically cannot process a refund.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

We use a relatively thick layer of gold over the base with an extra protective layer on top to keep the jewelry beautiful for a long time.

To ensure that the gold remains beautiful and shiny for as long as possible, here are some tips:

Do not wear jewellery while showering, swimming or in the sauna. And do not leave it in the bathroom or in a damp room, because condensation can cause discolouration in the long term.
Make-up, hairspray and perfume contain substances that can damage jewelry and even stain it.
Therefore, only put in your earrings when you have finished showering and/or putting on make-up.
Sleep without jewelry. This can already damage them considerably
Do not wear jewelry during strenuous work. The beauty of most jewelry is not resistant to perspiration and you can also damage or lose your jewelry.
Store your jewelry separately from each other so that the harder gemstones cannot damage the metals (silver and gold on silver) and the soft gemstones. And preferably in a grip bag and in a dark cupboard. This way no light and air can get to it and less oxidation occurs.
Do not expose the jewelry to the sun or too much daylight for too long (in any case store them when you are not wearing them). Gemstones in particular can discolour.
If there is some tarnish or dust or other dirt in the jewelry, clean it with a regular sunglasses cloth or with a damp cloth in lukewarm soapy water with a little (!) dishwashing liquid. You can also use a soft toothbrush, but don't brush too hard, because you can polish the gold layer with it! Then dry them with a soft cloth (NOT a silver cloth!).

How long the gold layer stays on the base metals also depends on the acidity of the skin. The gold layer wears off faster for one person than for another.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is carefully crafted from high-quality materials such as 24 carat gold plated components and original Swarovski crystals. Each piece is designed by Geneviève in Amsterdam.

Are the jewelry nickel-free?

Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-free and therefore suitable for the most sensitive ears.

Does each piece of jewelry come with packaging?

Every piece of jewelry at Le Rêve Amsterdam comes standard in a beautiful, festive box. We can also wrap it for you and/or you can choose to add extra festive, luxury packaging (see the options at the top of this product page). You will also receive a surprise with every order... Your moment! ❤️

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return within 14 days provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original condition. Exceptions are sale items or gift packaging, which may not be returned. Jewelry that was produced especially for you (e.g. clips or silver/rose-colored jewelry or a specific color stone) cannot be returned either.

For earrings, 1 of the 2 earrings is packaged with a seal. If this seal is broken, the right to return is logically forfeited.
